SITUATION

Hatay Airport is now back under allied control. Holding the airport over the next several weeks will be critical to the success of the campaign.

SA-10 as well as several shorter-range SAMs along the Syria-Hatay border will need to be neutralized before NATO aircraft can safely operate out of and around Hatay Airport.

MISSION
VFA-41 has been tasked with attacking a SA-10 site approximately 20 miles NE of Taftanaz [WP3]. Taftanaz SA-11 site [WP9] will first be targeted by the F-16s of VIPER flight. Because the Taftanaz SA-11 lies on the ingress route for VFA-41 aircraft the Dealer flight will launch and hold at [Wp1] until advised to proceed to their targets.
VFA-41 aircraft launching between 1645-1700 comprised of Dealer flights 1 &2 with 3 aircraft and Dealer 3 with 2 aircraft. The aircraft were loaded out with a combination of SLAM-ERs, JSOW-As, GBU-12s, and HARMS. All Dealer flights Marshalled at [WP1]. Dealer 1 monitored Vipers attach on the SA-11 site via FLIR and after not seeing any indication of damage to the site, waiting several minutes past Viper's TOT, flew toward [WP 9] and launched a SLAM-ER and a JSOW-A.
After confirming hits via FLIR and receiving directions to proceed to their targets all Dealer flights preceeded to [WP 3] and successfully attached and destroyed the SAM radars and the majority of supporting equipment. The mission is considered a success.

2) Thor 312, Destroyed ZSU-23-4 and URAL 375 at [WP 3], CASE III trap.
3) Pinger 308, Destroyed SA-10 radar, SA-10 launcher, and ZSU-23-4 at [WP 3], CASE III trap.

Dealer 3
1) NoPro 306, SA-10 launcher at [WP 3], CASE III trap.
2) Crash 305, SA-10 launcher and SA-19 at [WP 3], CASE III ramp strike.
