Pick-up Mission 02 MAR 'Operation Hormuz 5'

Some VFA-41 pilots were tasked to participate in a coordinated JDAM attack on two separate Iranian command centers. Time On Target (TOT) requirements were very specific, as well as a number of designated targets that needed to be destroyed. Each pilot carried four GBU-31 penetrator weapons in pre-planned target mode for four separate targets to be serviced simultaneously.

All weapons were released in zone exactly at the time specified. All target objectives were met.

Hawk 1
1 - Hedgehog: gnd tgts, trapped.
2 - Crash: gnd tgts, crashed on recovery.

Hawk 2
1 - Maniac: gnd tgts, trapped.

MISSION SUCCESS.
