Flight ingressed toward the UAE coastline, visually acquired rebel tanks and vehicles, and destroyed approximately half the force before being rerouted to Al Ain International Airport to respond to a call for help from allied UAE F-16s. VFA-41 engaged a group of MiG-29 Fulcrums and dispatched them, before returning to Fujairah and destroying the remaining rebel tanks. Lone survivor trapped aboard USS Stennis after an unscheduled touch and go.
