21 January, 2024 - Nellis Training Detachment Week 2

Squadron pilots practiced unguided munitions delivery this past week in the training ranges north of Nellis, AFB.

Three flights of Black Ace Hornets, departed Nellis and each headed for separate range facilities. DEALER 1 practiced CCIP delivery of BDU-33 practice bombs against the three bomb circles in Range 63B. DEALER 2 practiced air to ground gunnery against strafe targets in Range 64C. DEALER 3 used unguided Hydra rockets against various vehicle targets in Range 64A.

At the completion of training, all flights recovered at Nellis AFB for debrief.
