2x flights of Hornets departed mother for on-call taskings once over Beirut. Dealer 2 proceeded to top off fuel immediately from a KC-135MPRS orbiting above Lebanon while Dealer 1 received an initial tasking to assist troops in contact with hostile forces in a village 80 miles south-southeast of Beirut. Dealer 1 wound up obliterating the infantry plus mortar teams in the hostile-held village (as well as friendly troops... D: ) as well as destroying an additional three technical-mounted rocket trucks further south. Dealer 1 headed up to refuel before performing a CASE 1 recovery.
Dealer 2 received a tasking to hit a line of inactive artillery being captured by rebel forces and was completed successfully, with only Dealer 2-3 losing situational awareness of his jet while using the ATFLIR and was headed for a CFIT near Damascus before being hit and destroyed by 3 SA-18 missiles.
