Central Command has designated the SSK 877 Kilo submarines as Critical Targets and ordered the retasking of the mission to eliminate them before they are moved to an unknown location. The two (2) hanger/warehouse targets are also designated as Secondary Targets. The ammo bunker has been destroyed.
The clearer weather picture will enable real time GPS target data for the HAWK SAM covering the target area. CentCom has authorized the use of the AGM-154 JSOW at the Mission Commanders discretion.
Mission:
The VFA-41 Black Aces will launch to eliminate the submarines that transport the divers to sabotage neutral oil shipping with Limpet mines. SEAD/CAP Flight (Dealer 2) will launch first and disable the SAM site at Sead/Cap WP4. STRIKE Flight (Dealer 1) will launch after CAP/SEAD and ingress to the OPS AREA (WP3, WP4, WP5) to target the SSK 877 Kilo submarines at the piers. Secondary targets should be destroyed if possible to eliminate munitions used in the sabotage. Engage and sink any enemy military ships in or egressing the area as TOO. Command will message as an asset on the ground confirms targets have been destroyed. When the Primary and Secondary targets have been destroyed, or when the tactical situation dictates, egress and form up with SEAD/CAP flight to return to Mother.
Dealer 1 STRIKE will launch second and ingress to the target area after the HAWK SAM is down.
Dealer 2 SEAD/CAP will launch first and ingress to eliminate the HAWK SAM at SEAD/CAP WP4.
SITUATION:
The IRGC has been using Kilo class submarines to transport divers to place limpet mines on cargo ships. The subs have been found in a previously abandoned river port. No SAM installations have been detected at the port but AAA is likely. All military ships in the port are valid secondary TOO. Two structures have been designated as Secondary Mission Targets. Two hanger/warehouse targets, WP4, WP5 mark the hanger/warehouse targets.
