TASKING
Mission will be set in Caucasus against Russia as REDFOR with light winds and partly cloudy skies.
Launch off of USS ABRAHAM LINCON and provide fighter sweep/escort for a flight of Tomcats and Hornets up the coastline where they will attack ground targets near Gaudata (WP2)
Strike aircraft will launch first and hold south of rendezvous point (WP1) until Dealer flights are airborne.
DEALER flights should hold at WP1 [bullseye] and wait for strike package to push. Once strike aircraft are enroute to target, clear the airspace ahead of strike package and over target.
Egress will be towards the South (WP3)
Length of flight: 280nm
Primary Diver: Kobuleti
KC-135 will be available south of egress point, and recovery tanker S-3 should be in the vicinity of mother. Kneeboard will have required frequencies.
THREATS/ROE
Russian CAP patrols may be over target or respond from the North once strike package is detected inbound. Weapons free - any Russian aircraft may be engaged.
Expect low level SHORAD (SA-8, SA-18, AAA) in immediate vicinity of target.
