SITUATION
Iranian forces have captured a Japanese tanker while it was transiting the Straits and are currently moving the ship towards an Iranian port. This action was likely in retaliation of Japan imposing additional sanctions in coordination with the US. Iranian naval forces intercepted the tanker and forced it to change course into Iranian waters for "inspection". They were unable to board the ship due to anti-piracy measures taken by the crews. The tanker is currently being escorted by two Iranian ships. Once the ship reaches the port the crew will likely be detained. The Japanese government has called on its Allies in the region to assist in regaining control of the ship. Two UAE warships are on the way, but will not reach the ship in time. The ship is currently 15 miles SE of Larak Island. The tanker captain is reporting engine problems, likely in an attempt to allow more time for Allied forces to intervene.

MISSION
Secure the release of the Japanese tanker. Disable or destroy the two Iranian ships escorting the Japanese tanker. Once the tanker has been seperated from the ships we will direct them to move towards the UAE ships. Cover the ship until it makes it to the air cover of the frigates. Expect enemy air assets to respond to any interference in Iran’s hijacking of the tanker. Enemy air defenses are also on high alert.

If required, provide assistance in attacking the Iranian ships. Once the tanker begins to escape Iranian territory provide air cover while to transits to international waters.

technically yes but unless that SA-5 gets suppressed or destroyed then no one gets to fly above 1000 feet
