SITUATION
Conduct inter-deployment training prior to next campaign. The next campaign will require squadron pilots to become proficient at entering target information on their UFC for both pre-planned and emergent targets while airborne. Use this mission to brush up on the steps and keypresses needed to successfully enter target coordinates and elevations in both Lat/Long and MGRS coordinates.
MISSION
Flights will depart Al-Minhad airbase and strike two sets of targets. Recommended air to ground loadout is: 2x AGM 154c , 4x GBU-38 (or) 4x GBU-12. A mixed bomb loadout of JDAM/LGB is approved if desired by individual pilots.
1. First set of targets is located NE of WP2 at Bandar Jask. Each flight will have two or three pre-planned lat/long coordinates at the target area. Use the given PP coordinates to conduct an AGM-154C attack on your assigned targets.

2. After launching JSOWs against Bandar Jask, each flight should proceed towards WP3. Upon reaching WP3, each flight will be passed priority ground target MGRS location via the radio.
Copy down and subsequently enter your flight’s assigned target grid coordinates and use that information to locate and destroy the target(s) using ATFLIR and JDAM/LGB munitions.
3. Once out of munitions or all targets destroyed, each flight should join up with one of the mission tankers (TEXACO 1 or TEXACO 2) and conduct air to air refueling on your way back to Al-Minhad. TEXACO will be orbiting between WP 2 & 3.
