Rebinding Screenshot Command

by Hedgehog » Sat Aug 19, 2023 10:31 pm

It has been generally understood that you can't rebind the screenshot command in DCS because it is hard-coded to the Print Screen keystroke. If you bring up Control Options in your favorite jet, you'll see that you cannot reassign the Screenshot command to anything else.

HOWEVER....

It turns out that you can rebind it in the UI Layer section of Control Options. The newly bound command will not appear in your particular airframe control options, but it will still work. You can add a different keystroke and/or a controller button just like you would any other aircraft function!
