Found this chart on another Discord Channel. The guy had taken the time to review and plot out the cloud layer coverage and altitudes for the ~30 different presets in the current version of the ME.
Hopefully will save some time when selecting the wx for a mission, or at least minimize the time spent trying to get something visually interesting, yet still workable for the type of mission being planned.
